Susann Stutts walks back to her family’s room at a New Lenox motel. She lost her car in late October after she was pulled over and arrested in connection with driving with a suspended license. The family currently can’t afford to get the car back, so Susann either walks, relies on rides from neighbors and friends or rides a borrowed bicycle.
